Within all of our providing services and soulutions we also offer full technical support with garation on reponse and time for solving the issue.

Technical support is provided by remote or onsite intervention in customer's place. For our customers we also provide helpdesk system.

The range of technical support is agreed with the customer according to his requirements. (Service-level agreement)
